In her leadership role, Jennifer takes pride in building meaningful relationships with pet parents, helping them feel confident and informed about their pets' care. She enjoys working alongside her team to ensure every visit is a positive experience, while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

Jennifer is especially passionate about animal welfare, client education, and building lasting connections with the families who trust us with their beloved pets. Outside of work, Jennifer loves spending quality time with her family, friends, and pets. She enjoys the excitement of Formula 1 racing, cheering on LAFC, traveling, and discovering new places. Always up for an adventure, Jennifer loves creating new memories and making the most of every experience!
